Layup Step
Normal Layup
  • Step: To cut in, press the R2 + push and hold the right stick upwards when approaching the hoop
Throw Shoot/Run and Shoot
  • Step: Cut in, and hold the right stick down near the hoop
Backhand Layup
  • Step: When cutting in along the bottom line on the right, push and hold the right stick to the right
Euro Step Layup
  • Step 1: When right-handed dribble cuts, push the right stick to the right
  • Step 2: Then move quickly, and push and hold the right stick to the left or (while cutting, press the  button twice while holding the left stick towards the dribbler)
Cradle Layup
  • Step 1: When right-handed dribble cuts, push and hold the right stick to the left

Hop Step Layup
  • Step 1: To cut in, push the right joystick left or right
